Sidewalk Installation: 2275 Del Mar Way

We would like to inform you the Sage Canyon Board of Directors has approved ProTec Building Services to install a sidewalk along the front of the building along the carports. The start date for the sidewalk installation will be July 22, 2019 and should be completed by July 31, 2019.

The crew will arrive as early 7:30 a.m. to begin work at 8:00 a.m. and work as late as 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Cars that are parked in the carports in front of the building will need to be moved to a different location for these dates from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. This includes carports 77-88 and parking spaces 156-159. If your vehicle is not moved during this time your vehicle will be subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
