Mountain Lion Sighting!
It has been reported there was a sighting of a very young-looking mountain lion on Monday, May 9, 2022, behind the houses on Hillside Dr. Please read the attachment on what to do should you have an encounter with a mountain lion.
Mailbox Installation & Key Distribution Update
We are happy to announce the new group of mailboxes has been installed. Once, the post office signs off on the installation, mail delivery will commence. In the upcoming weeks cameras will be installed in the clubhouse, pool area, mailroom, carport and garage areas throughout the community in efforts to improve vigilance.

It has been reported to management that another group of mailboxes was vandalized on December 14, 2020. Because of the continued vandalism to the mailboxes at Sage Canyon, until all repairs/replacements are made the mailroom will remain locked at this
